We've called the Las Cruces office several times. Last year in June and again this year in June and July. No one has returned our calls. We've also called the ABQ office and no one answers the phone. We're at the point where we're seriously considering taking our business elsewhere.

§§§§ THE WORST COMPANY EVER §§§§

I have never in my life been so infuriated with a company. I've come close a few times, but never have I been pushed over the edge like this. I'm not sure if this company just has generally corrupt business practices, poor training or if they have just made poor hiring choices.

I had to call in 4 times and say the word cancel at least 50 or more times in order to get the "Cancellation Document". At one point I literally just repeated the word cancel and had to ask the representative if she knew what the word meant. Even then and despite my obvious frustrations , she continually attempted to tell me that I "MAY BE CHARGED BY THE STATE". To which, my reply was "That's between me and the state". "The Vehicle is no longer driven and is parked with flat tires" followed by - "I just want to cancel". "Please, cancel". I was quite heated and for sure raised my voice. Now, I understand that you may be reading this and thinking i'm the jerk. Please understand, I spared writing anything about the 2 nice conversations that preceded, where I kept a very even and calm tone and asked very nicely and politely. You might also be thinking - Wait..... 2 calls? ... Plus 1 call ...... That's RIGHT!!! This was not the last call............... Call 3 ended with the representative FINALLY agreeing to send me the bogus "Cancellation Document". Unfortunately, It again was not sent. The 4th call was actually answered by the very same person that I talked to on call number 2. The good news is, I think she sensed that I was not in the mood. SO...... now I have "cancellation document" which I now need to have signed and returned in order for my cancellation to actually be processed. At least I HOPE that is the last hurdle...... All I'm saying is , I have never in my over 20 years of holding various insurance had to sign a document in order to cancel a policy. That admittedly is my first bone of contention. But, i played nicely and asked for the document to be sent to me. When I didn't receive the document I called back and asked for the document to be sent out again I felt like they were literally attempting to avoid sending the document and then every time I called back they attempted to scare me into thinking that I was doing something illegal and that I may be charged penalties. I talked to two different representatives and they both had the same tactic which makes me think it's possibly training or the company literally has some very bad retention strategies. The scary thing is that I could see this strategy actually working on partially disabled and elderly. Be careful with this company and PLEASE protect yourselves and Loved ones from this company. I am also writing the BBB - In addition i'm telling everyone I know and posting this story everywhere I possibly can. No one should have to deal with this!!
