Magnolia is a TV and Sound system specialty store inside of Best Buy. We checked out the store in park meadows. The guys there were amazingly helpful and super knowledgeable. I was debating between going with a projector or sticking to a large Samsung QLED tv. They walked me through exactly what a projector would entail and helped me walk away feeling more knowledgeable and confident in my TV purchase. My guy Bill Blair even walked me through a few options for a killer sound system. Definitely recommend checking magnolia out if you want to understand Exactly what’s right for you.

Went in to get some speakers for new TV. Daimer took a lot of time to show me what real good speakers could do. I was just looking to spend about $300, I walked out with $2500 speakers. Support after the sale has been very good as well.

Despite being very busy Yash took time to let me demo several different subwoofers and even let me hear some of the stuff that was way out of my price range. Yash treated me like i was spending 50k on speakers when in reality i was buying a 500 dollar sub. I honestly never write reviews unless they are bad ones but his customer service was so outstanding i felt it was necessary to write a positive one. I will exclusively buy all of my home theater supplies from this magnolia center for as long as Yash works here.

The older gentleman in the TV section certainly knew his stuff about full array vs edge lit vs OLED TVs. Showed me the differences between them all and I must say, the Sony full array LED TV is now my favorite as well!

Also check out the Magnolia section... The best part of the entire store. The Bowers & Wilkins 800 series speakers do a great job creating a phantom center channel, and the large Martin Logan electrostatic are great for mids and highs paired with a woofer for the lows. The man showing me around also let me try the KEF LS50 wireless and another KEF floorstanding speaker. The coincident mid and high drivers do wonders to maintain decent off axis response.

Lastly, there are several high end headphones from Sony, B&W, and Audioquest.

I had them do my whole house at over $15,000 and when I asked for them to come repair I was ignored until after my warranty was expired and then automatically set up with a extended warranty at $29.95 a month that I never asked for. After canceling the warranty I STILL CANNOT get them to fix the problem that was a install problem and keep getting lip service and disregarded every time I contact John for a update! BUYER BE WARE!!

Their drivers parked my truck in and were extremely rude about it. There were 100s of open parking spots, but they intentionally parked me in because I guess I parked in his unassigned spot. When we asked them to move, the driver refused and told my dad to kick rocks. I would never recommend them, they are extremely rude and incompetent.
