Very recently I’ve purchased a very expensive Sony GM lens online that when trying to edit my method of payment at checkout it charged it on the incorrect card, when contacting them trying to return it and get a full refund on an item that is still unopened in its original shipping box, (5 times via phone and also one time via e mail up to the time of writing this), they keep giving me the run around and not being able to even provide a date when they’ll be able to process a return label, nor to being able to speak to a supervisor after 11 days after the transaction was being made.
Finally yesterday 4/24 I was able to initiate the return which I’m tracking in order to finally get my refund.

Also, please note, “You assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sony” as stated on their site even when it’s returned using their assigned shipper. Totally ridiculous!!!.
Total incompetence and disregarding to provide a customer service!!

A further investigation revealed that SONY Electronics is being written under the BBB with a very poor rating as per attached picture, (I wish I would have known that before as it’ll have save me some serious aggravation.)

They have so many complaints that they can’t list them all.

Last, CUSTOMER BE AWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!

I have to say Sony has gotten relatively greedy over the years, from breaking promises and deals to companys, to letting down their community who once supported them. I can no longer side with the company and the choices they've decided to make, me and many of the people I've been gaming with have been ignored by the company for far to long.

Closed to Sony employees only. If you are an employee, nice place to work with different themes on each floor such as PlayStation games like God of War, Sony music artist, Sony Pictures movies. On the 11th floor there is a cafeteria that has a number of options, including daily specials, salad bar make your own sandwich, coffee bar, and premade options. The staff there is always friendly and great prices for employees that make it easy to continue to work and be productive and not break the bank just to eat lunch on site.

Sony stated that it's terms and conditions have changed in regard to my situation.......BUT in reality........they haven't. Fortunately I printed off what they terms were during my purchase and they are time and date stamped. I'd advise not going with Sony for your business needs. They are extremely shady and don't care about service, even when their error is in writing.

Great views and even better people. You can see the ocean from the 11th floor cafeteria, but Dan told me that’s unusual... Dan lies a lot so I’m not 100% sure about that fact. Patrick recommended the pho and it was good. Pro tip - add the Hoisin sauce and Siracusa. Val and Vic provided a fabulous spread of veggies & dip, as well as fun sized candies that I reused for trick or treat handouts at my house.

I work in this building on the 8th floor with PlayStation as a contractor. Sony is a great company to work for. They really care about their people and they take care of them. I’ve never seen a company care more about it’s contractors and vendors. They often treat them as well as employees which is not common in the industry. They have also done a good job of encouraging people to be themselves and to embrace diversity. They also have recognition and groups for veterans, LGBT+ and the happy hour gatherings have been a great way to get to know other teams and groups. In the entertainment industry Sony Interactive is leading the way.
